Bibliographical reference department of the library provides reference and bibliographic and information services to all categories of readers according to the educational, scientific and educational work of the University.
The main goals and objectives of bibliographic department:
- bibliographic reference and information services based on the readers of traditional and modern information technology, including Internet resources;
- perform all types of bibliographic information;
- creation and maintenance of reference and search system;
- organization and regulation of bibliographic library fund;
- implementation of information retrieval and analytical descriptions of the articles;
- teaching of information and bibliographic culture;
- research work;
- study of the information needs of the faculty, graduate students, university students to more efficient and targeted acquisition of information in the Library renovation;
- Early learning and providing information researchlaboratoriesUniversityresearch areas;
- presentation of research and methodological information, thematic book exhibitions at conferences, teaching seminars, meetings, research councils and university departments and distribution list of new acquisitions in the Library;
- studying and organizing research output of the University: maintaining filing publications of teachers, high school;
- storage, systematization and work with Theses theses;
- definition of UDC to research papers, articles professors, graduate students;
- individual counseling.
Information Resources
The department collected general and special dictionaries, encyclopedias and reference books, as well as bibliographical aids.

All publications are coming to the library are reflected in the system directories and files.
