carrying out of actions on legal education of the population
A significant number of people seek help in connection with the problems of utility payments, delayed wages, registration of employment records, guardianship, recovery of alimony
Procedure for providing services:
Services are provided free of charge by providing oral and written consultations by students-consultants under the guidance of teachers of the departments of the Faculty of Law of KSU:
- the disabled;
- participants and children of the war;
- retirees;
- minors;
- student youth;
- large and low-income families;
- other socially vulnerable categories of the population who do not have the opportunity to receive paid legal services.
Counseling is provided in writing or orally at a time convenient to the student and the client. Before providing a final answer to the request, the student must agree on its content with a teacher-specialist in the relevant field of law.
The term that would limit the time of providing legal advice is not clearly established, but, as a rule, it is 2-3 weeks. The main reason for the delay may be the length of the document collection carried out by the client, or the complexity of the issue.
