<p >The obtained results highlight the main directions of modern reform of the system of mathematical education in the southern region of Ukraine. For the first time the basic provisions of the concept of formation of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics to training of pupils of mathematics of comprehensive schools are developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked. It is found out that in the conditions of development of educational processes in Ukraine there is a necessity and an opportunity of increase of quality of professional training of future teachers of mathematics owing to perfection of methodical system of such preparation. A comprehensive approach to the development and justification of the system of formation of readiness and ability of future mathematics teachers to teach mathematics students, which consists in the analysis of typical tasks of methodical activity of the teacher, trends in the development of learning technologies. |

<p >The novelty of the scientific result |
<p >The methodological, methodical bases of the system of mathematical training of youth in general and higher educational pedagogical establishments are specified. A structural-functional model of formation of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics has been created and on its basis a methodical system of formation of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics for teaching mathematics to secondary schools has been developed. Criteria for determining the levels of professional competence of mathematics teachers and future mathematics teachers for teaching mathematics to students of secondary schools are proposed. The place and role of computer technologies in the process of professional training of a mathematics teacher in pedagogical ZVO are clarified. |

<p >The practical value of the results for society and the economy |
<p >The proposed theoretical provisions are brought to practical implementation in the form of a manual and guidelines for teachers and students. Distance modules "Topology", "Differential geometry", "Polynomials from one and several variables", methodical system "Preparation for the state certification of the educational-professional program secondary education" Mathematics "some aspects of algebraic training" are developed and implemented. The All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Realities and prospects of natural-mathematical training in educational institutions" was held on the basis of the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Mathematical Analysis of Kherson State University. Educational and methodical complexes of disciplines have been developed, which provide professional training for future mathematics teachers. The organizational forms, methods and means of methods of teaching mathematics have been improved. The scientific provisions of the methods of teaching mathematics for students of pedagogical free economic zones were further developed. |
