We invite you to join the annual event “Radio Dictation of National Unity” planned by the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (NPB) aimed at encouraging the study of the Ukrainian language.
The radio dictation will take place on October 27 at 11:00 (Kyiv time), on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language.
Where can you listen and watch?
- on the air of Ukrainian Radio and Radio Kultura;
- on the website and on the air of Suspilne Kultura;
- on the YouTube channel of Ukrainian Radio;
- on the Facebook pages of Public Broadcasting.
The tradition of holding this event was started in 2000 by “Ukrainian Radio” - the very first and largest Ukrainian radio broadcaster, which this year will celebrate 101 years of its activity.

On October 16, 2025, we invite you to participate in the scientific and practical conference "Ethics of Life and Knowledge: Bioethical Aspects of Modern Biology and Medicine"

To participate in the conference, you must do the following by October 10, 2025:

Kherson State University has passed state certification in terms of conducting scientific (scientific and technical) activities in the scientific direction "Natural and Mathematical Sciences".

On October 1, we celebrate three significant holidays that are historically intertwined. The Feast of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos has long been considered the talisman of the Ukrainian army, a symbol of hope and protection. The Day of the Defender of Ukraine is a tribute to the courage and indomitability of those who today fight for our freedom and future every day. And the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks reminds us of the strength of our roots, traditions and struggle for freedom.
These three holidays embody the unity of the spiritual, historical and modern.
The Protection gives a spiritual shield, and our warriors are a real shield for the entire country. Just as the Cossacks once raised the banner of the struggle for freedom, so now our defenders hold it high, proving to the whole world the invincibility of the Ukrainian spirit.
May the Protection be a sign of unity and protection for each of us, and the example of our warriors inspires us not to lose faith, support each other and boldly look to the future.
We are strong when we are together. We will win, because with us is truth, faith, and love for Ukraine.

The book “National Nature Park “Kamenskaya Sich”: War Against Nature” has been published. Among the authors of the publication are Oleksandr Khodosovtsev and Ivan Moisienko - professors of the Department of Botany, Faculty of Biology, Geography and Ecology of Kherson State University.

On September 4, 2025, postgraduate student Popkova Oksana successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 035 Philology! Congratulations to the candidate and her scientific supervisor, Professor Volodymyr Pavlovich Oleksenko! We wish you further scientific success!

On August 29, 2025, fourth-year graduate student Kotylo Alena successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences. Congratulations to the candidate and her supervisor, Professor Lyudmila Arkadiyevna Perminova! We wish you further scientific success!

У Херсонському державному університеті завершилася робота літньої Школи професійного розвитку. Протягом тижня для учасників проводилися різноманітні заходи: лекції, вебінари та майстер-класи.

On August 28, 2025, fourth-year graduate student Serget Iryna successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 053 Psychology. Congratulations to the candidate and her scientific supervisor, Professor Igor Stepanovych Popovych!

The Kherson State University continues its work as a Summer School for Professional Development. The fourth day was dedicated to the exchange of practical experience in the use of artificial intelligence in scientific, educational, and organizational activities.

Протягом тижня у Херсонському державному університеті тривають тренінги, воркшопи та інші заходи у межах Школи професійного розвитку.

27 серпня у Херсонському державному університеті відбувся третій день роботи Літньої школи професійного розвитку. Програму присвятили надзвичайно актуальній темі – емоційному вигоранню, яке дедалі частіше стає викликом для освітян, науковців та всіх, хто працює у сфері комунікації.

27 серпня у Херсонському державному університеті відбувся вже третій на цьому тижні захист дисертаційного дослідження. Проходив він у межах разової спеціалізованої вченої ради зі спеціальності 121 Інженерія програмного забезпечення.

26 серпня у Херсонському державному університеті другий день Літньої школи професійного розвитку. До заходів долучилися близько 150 учасників серед яких – здобувачі вищої освіти, аспіранти, науково-педагогічні представники та співробітники університету.

У Херсонському державному університеті тривають захисти дисертаційних досліджень. Проходять вони у межах роботи разових спеціалізованих вчених рад.
