Kherson State University systematically creates opportunities for international activities and academic mobility of applicants, and some events become the beginning of long-term cooperation. For example, back in June 2023, students of the Faculty of Pedagogy Karina Tkachenko and Veronika Bevzenko participated in the Summer School for students of pedagogy, defectology, preschool and primary education in Poznań, and today they continue to work in a joint Polish-Ukrainian project at the initiative of representatives of the Faculty of Education of Sciences of Adam Mickiewicz University

During the Summer School, Veronika and Karina got to know the students of other Ukrainian institutions of higher education, students and teachers of Polish universities, shared their experience of working with children, and took part in various trainings. The participants then agreed on future cooperation in the form of joint scientific and didactic project research, and in December 2023, on the initiative of the board from the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Adam Mickiewicz University, they considered specific options for joint project activities. As a result of such cooperation, Ukrainian and Polish students not only discussed ideas, discussed modern challenges and current problems, but also started work on a Polish-Ukrainian project in a remote format.

It is important that the implementation of the multi-subject project improves the functioning of 10 working groups, each of which has its own topic, project leader, unites Polish and Ukrainian students. Graduates of the Faculty of Pedagogy participate in two project teams: "Psychology. Civic Education" (Veronika Bevzenko) and "Art" (Karina Tkachenko). The joint facility is scheduled to last until the summer of 2024, when each group will present the results of their activities.

We wish success and successful implementation of the project!
