Participation of KSU Lecturer in Interdisciplinary Seminar in Lausanne
On March 13th, Associate Professor of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business and Tourism, Oleksiy Makiyenko, joined the work of the interdisciplinary scientific seminar "Ukrainian Studies in Lausanne", which took place at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lausanne (UNIL – Anthropole, Université de Lausanne).
The seminar welcomed experts from Switzerland, Ukraine, and Germany to discuss the results of scientific studies in the field of social and humanitarian sciences. During the event, lively discussions took place regarding further prospective research directions. Participation in this event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas with identified experts, contributing to the development of the scientific community and enhancing the prestige of Ukrainian science internationally.
Representatives of KhDU were impressed by the level of organization of the event and the active participation of Ukrainian researchers, which is an important step in strengthening international scientific connections and expanding the scope of relevant issues in Ukrainian humanities.
