The center of the Bulgarian culture n.a. Saint Kirill and Mefodiy at KSU and the Information center of EU at university at the initiative of city non-governmental organization "Bulgarians of Kherson" celebrated the Bulgarian New Year in Ternovka (Nikolaev).
