On August 27, 2020, the Academic Council adopted the Procedure for appealing the procedure and evaluation of control measures at Kherson State University. According to this document, a higher education applicant has the right to appeal them by applying to the profile vice-rector with a written appeal. Then an appeal commission is created upon the application.

On August 27, 2020, the Academic Council adopted the Procedure for appealing the procedure for conducting and evaluating control measures at Kherson State University.
In accordance with this document, in the current control, the applicant has the right not later than the next working day after the announcement of the results to contact the teacher to justify the assessment.
During the final control, the student may appeal against the results within the next day after the announcement of the results by applying to the profile vice-rector with a written appeal. A similar procedure takes place in case of disagreement with the results of the evaluation of the final certification.
