Fulbright Faculty Development Program - a program for young scientists under 40 years - teachers and administrators of higher education institutions, staff of research institutions, journalists, experts in the library, museum and archive cases, experts in the field of cultural management, employees of public organizations (NGOs).

Requirements

The competition is attended by scholars and specialists under the age of 40 years who do not yet have a scientific degree, and the young candidates of science (not later than five years after the defense at the time of submission of tender documents for the Fulbright Faculty Development Program).

 

 Applicants must:

- Teach (full-or part-time rate) in high schools and have a minimum of 2 years experience of teaching or administrative working in higher education, or 2 years of professional experience in relevant field;

- Serve on a program not less than five years after winning the competition for another Fullbright program;

- Fluent English;

- Have Ukrainian citizenship;

- Back to Ukraine for 2 years after the grant period in accordance with the requirements of J-1 visa, which is due to exchange program.

Applicants must submit to Fulbright Program Office set of documents which includes:

• profile

• Three letters of recommendation

• copies of all documents on higher education, which show the resulting qualification, degree or title (with applications diplomas, certificates, etc.)
