We truly thank the Chairman of the Certification Commission, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Director of the private research and consulting company "Agency for International Legal Aid" Skryl SA and stakeholder Deputy Head of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice in the Kherson region Galkovsky GO for active cooperation with the Faculty of Business and Law of Kherson State University. We are very glad that our cooperation continues to be fruitful. For our applicants, this was already the "finish line"! The defense of projects was successful, the topics of qualification works were diverse and multi-vector. We are without exaggeration proud of our graduates, you are our pride!
On June 9, a lecture-discussion "Legal issues and problems of realization of information rights of citizens in the conditions of modern transformations of Ukraine" was held for students and teachers of the Faculty of Business and Law and the Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism of Kherson State University.
Speakers were Viktor Barvitsky, a representative of the Commissioner for the Observance of the Right to Information and Representation in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Oleksandr Ostapenko, a representative of the Commissioner for the Southern Regions, with the participation of Olena Kornitska public of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights Oksana Tropina.
It is very important that the representatives of the Ombudsman's Office chose Kherson State University as a platform for communication with young people. "We are always happy to receive interesting guests at the university, because communication with successful experienced people enriches students, expands their horizons and opportunities to choose the future trajectory of development," said KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky and encouraged young people to discuss.
During the conversation with students, the Commissioners outlined the directions of their activities, told about human rights violations, which are most often recorded in the Kherson region. And also - in what areas students can do an internship in the structures of the Office and what is needed for this. Separately focused on the observance of the right to information, protection of personal data.

Roman Serhiyovych Melnyk, Doctor of Law, Professor, our partner, submitted a collection of articles by German, Ukrainian and Kazakh colleagues-lawyers to the Department of Public and International Law and Law Enforcement of Kherson State University. Kherson State University is one of the oldest educational institutions in the Kherson region, and it is great that it has such a unique Archaeological Laboratory, and in the future they plan to open an Archaeological Museum. Today, first-year students majoring in Law had the opportunity to visit the Archaeological Laboratory at KSU and listen to Nemtsev Sergei Olegovich with stories about unique finds, historical features of people's lives at that time, interesting cases from expeditions and more. Where else is such a beautiful place where you can hold a coin from ancient times, see an amphora, an ancient anchor for navigation…? The students really liked this opportunity!

On May 20, the community of Kherson State University and the law departments of the Faculty of Business and Law gathered near the main building to celebrate a national holiday - Embroidery Day. It is especially nice that the Days of Science are still going on now!
Beautiful embroidered shirts of different colors and patterns, Ukrainian songs, interesting choreographic performances, an incendiary flash mob - all this happened brightly and patriotically! Let's educate young people together! It was extremely nice for us to be on such a holiday!
