On the World Day of Creative Recreation, January 15, 2022, the staff of the municipal institution "Inclusive Resource Center" of Novokakhovka City Council enjoyed the presentation of the exhibition "Portal" artist, member of the Kherson branch of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, head of the Department of Fine Arts and Design Vitaly Rakovich University, which took place in the art gallery of A. Gavdzinsky in Nova Kakhovka. (Director Elena Mikhailenko).
