A lecturer of the Department of Economics, Management and Administration took part in a training on crisis communications

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics, Management and Administration Anna Chmut took part in the training for university employees “Crisis Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy” conducted by communications expert Alisa Hnydiuk.
Over the course of three days, the training participants were immersed in practical exercises and teamwork, gaining valuable skills in effective communication in crisis situations.
The main topics of the training included:
- The concept of crisis and its impact on the university through the analysis of key aspects and consideration of real-life examples.
- Developing a strategic map of university stakeholders for a deeper understanding of their interests and influence on the decision-making process.
- Study of strategies of interaction with stakeholders during crisis situations.
- Mastering the skills of adapting communications for different groups of stakeholders, taking into account their needs and interests.
- Familiarization with the tools for building and maintaining the university's reputation even in the most difficult conditions.
The training provided participants with practical tools to strengthen communication strategies and increase the university's resilience in times of crisis.
