KSU Representatives Take Part in a Training Workshop under the DigiUni Program in Germany
On November 25-28, the team of Kherson State University takes part in a training workshop on the project of the EU Erasmus+ international program “Digital University - Open Ukrainian Initiative” - DigiUni at the University of Cologne (Germany).
The delegation from KSU included Veronika Denysenko, Vice-Rector for International, Social and Humanitarian, Scientific and Pedagogical Affairs, Yevheniia Revenko, Head of the Department of International Initiatives and Project Management, and Oleksandr Soloveiko, a Leading Specialist of the Department.
The program includes studying the system of organizing hybrid learning, quality assessment and monitoring of learning outcomes on the example of the University of Cologne, and networking.
The first acquaintance with the University of Cologne has already taken place. It is the largest university in Cologne and the third largest in Germany by student numbers. The institution has a renowned history dating back to 1338.
Beatrix Busse, Vice-Rector for Learning and Teaching at the University of Cologne, and Kseniia Smyrnova, Vice-Rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a representative of the Ukrainian project coordinator, also addressed the training participants. Next, the participants got acquainted with the university's LMS and had a discussion in the World Cafe Workshop format.
