On November 17, a professional seminar was held for the public presentation of the dissertation results of Oleksandr Mykolayovych Kovalenko on the topic "Training Future Railway Transport Specialists in Educational Institutions of Southern Ukraine in the Mid-20th to Early 21st Century" for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences (supervisor: Professor Slyusarenko N.V.). The seminar was attended by the dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Lyubov Petukhova, who noted the relevance of the topic, the head of the postgraduate department, Alla Tsapiv, and the first vice-rector of Kherson State University, Serhiy Omelchuk.
