Petrenko Viktoriia, Doctor of Economic Sciences and Head of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Business and Law, successfully took part in the pilot project of the mentoring program “Scientific Diaspora for Ukraine”, aimed at supporting Ukrainian researchers and fostering their integration into the international academic community.
🌍 As part of this initiative, Viktoriia Serhiivna had the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced mentor — Dr. Tetyana Nikolaychuk, a researcher at the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies (Germany). Over the course of several months, a productive professional dialogue took place between the mentor and mentee, involving the exchange of scientific approaches, discussion of the challenges facing the modern academic community, and the search for innovative solutions.
🔹 The program, which ran from February to May 2025, brought together 20 mentors — Ukrainian researchers abroad who generously shared their knowledge with scholars currently working in Ukraine under the difficult conditions of war. The final online meeting of the program took place on May 29.
💡 We are proud that the faculty members of the Faculty of Business and Law are actively engaged in international scientific initiatives. Participation in such projects not only supports personal and professional growth but also opens up new opportunities for integrating Ukrainian science into the global academic space.
