Training course: “Media literacy and sport: how to create videos that inspire and educate”
Training participants learned:
how to shoot and edit videos that motivate people to exercise;
how to work with lighting, sound, and framing even in simple conditions;
what messages make a sports video not only beautiful but also effective in terms of promoting a healthy lifestyle.
During the practical part, students had the opportunity to try their hand at being cameramen, screenwriters, and editors, creating their own videos.
It was a real mix of creativity, sports, and modern technology!
