From August 25 to 29, a series of events took place at Kherson State University as part of the annual professional development school for lecturers, dedicated to the use of modern technologies in education and science. The grand opening of the event series took place on August 25, 2025, with the participation of the university's Rector, Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.
The program's theme was "Development and Use of EdTech-Tools, Cloud Services, and AI in Education, Science, and Management: Trends, Practices, Challenges."
Lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics actively participated in the event, sharing their experience and knowledge. Their presentations were dedicated to relevant topics that help improve the educational process and scientific work.
Among the speakers from our faculty were:
Vitalii Kobets on August 26, who spoke about "AI Tools in Preparing and Conducting Research, Data Visualization, and Interpretation." His presentation helped participants understand how to effectively use artificial intelligence for analyzing and presenting research results.
Oleksandr Lemeshchuk and Ihor Fedianin on August 27, who shared their experience working with the KSU24 system, covering the topic of "Electronic Document Management in the KSU24 System."
Nataliia Valko on August 28, who gave a presentation on "Artificial Intelligence in the Work of a Scientist," which revealed the practical aspects of using AI for scientific research.
Maksym Poltoratskyi on August 28, who conducted a session on "How to Build Effective Interaction with AI: Recommendations for Prompt Engineering," which provided listeners with key skills for working with AI.
Oleksandr Lemeshchuk will present an online presentation on August 29, "New Opportunities in the KSU24 Corporate Service," where he will talk about the latest system updates.
Also on August 29, Oleksandr Lemeshchuk will hold a master class on "Effective Work in Corporate Mail: Tags, Signatures, Letter Management, and Calendar - in Corporate Zoom for a Lecturer: AI, Summarization, Live Stream."
