On September 1, 2025, on Knowledge Day, a ceremonial meeting with first-year students took place at the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics. This year's undergraduate and graduate students had the opportunity to meet the faculty's leadership and teachers.
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, her Deputy for Organizational and Educational Work, guarantors of educational programs, assistants to the deans for digitalization and international work, as well as heads of departments. They warmly welcomed the students to the start of the new academic year and wished them success in their studies.
During the event, important organizational issues were discussed:
Class schedule. Students were explained how to find their schedule and how to use it. Digital services. Special attention was paid to the use of corporate accounts, access to the KSUonline and KSU24 systems, and working in the corporate Zoom environment. Information channels. First-year students were told about all the faculty's communication channels to stay up-to-date with all the faculty news. Invitation to the meeting. They also emphasized the importance of joining in person or via Zoom for the university-wide meeting "KSU Family Welcomes," which will take place on September 9 at 2:00 PM. The broadcast of this meeting will also be on the official KSU YouTube channel.
This meeting was a great opportunity for applicants to get answers to their questions and feel part of the large and friendly family of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics.
