The event is held jointly with Kherson State University, Youth Sports School No. 3 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, and the Ivano-Frankivsk Chess Federation public organization.

The chess tournament “Rector's Cup of KSU in Chess” will be judged by the public organization “Chess Federation of Ivano-Frankivsk.”
