Today, the Faculty of Business and Law hosted an exceptionally engaging online lecture dedicated to developing intercultural competence in the field of international business.
Speaker Kateryna Syniakova — a graduate of the HAL Lyceum of KSU and the Faculty of Business and Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Administration, and currently a Research Fellow at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany.
Lecture topic:
“Cultural Intelligence as an Important Component of International Business”
Kateryna Syniakova shared valuable insights on what cultural intelligence is, why it is essential in the global professional environment, and how to build effective intercultural communication.
Students, faculty, and school pupils actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, and received practical advice for developing their own skills.
