The Future of the IT Industry: A Lecture During Face-to-Face Learning Week

Dmytro Klonov, a PhD student majoring in Software Engineering (Specialty 121), delivered a lecture titled "The Future Profession in IT" for applicants and IT students from Kherson State University and Carpathian National University.

The session outlined key trends in the development of the modern digital industry and highlighted the most promising fields — ranging from software development to artificial intelligence and data analytics. The speaker also emphasized the importance of shaping a personal educational trajectory amidst rapid technological changes.

The lecture took the form of an open discussion, allowing students to ask questions regarding career choices, initial steps in the IT sector, and the essential competencies required for future specialists.

The audience showed particular interest in the lecturer's personal experience and his path into IT, as well as the impact of Artificial Intelligence on future career opportunities for young professionals after graduation.
