The Alpine-Adriatic University of Klagenfurt (Republic of Austria) invites students to join the semester study during the 1st semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.
The Alpine-Adriatic University of Klagenfurt (Republic of Austria) invites students to join the semester study during the 1st semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.
For whom: higher education students of 2-5 years.
The Austrian partner provides:
1 scholarship from the university (800 euros per month)
The student pays for accommodation independently.
Scholarship period: October 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027
Required documents:
1. Application for participation in the competition with a visa from the dean and an indication of the average grade point average (can be obtained from the International Relations Department ).
2. Motivation letter in English from the candidate (not less than one page in length) - according to the recommendations provided Guideline_Motivation_Letter_JS_Incoming_v20240624.pdf
3. Recommendation letter from a teacher/curator/dean, written in English - according to the recommendations provided Guideline_Recommendation_Letter_JS_Incoming_v20240624.pdf
4. Original extract from the individual curriculum for the entire period of study signed by the rector in Ukrainian and translated into English (to issue an extract, you must contact the dean's office of your faculty).
5. Scanned copy of the school certificate and appendix (original) and translation into English (for bachelors) (the translation can be done independently and submitted for verification to the International Relations Department ).
6. Scanned copy of the bachelor's diploma and translation into English (for Masters) (translation can be done independently and submitted for verification to the International Relations Department )
7. High-quality photo in electronic format (as for a visa).
8. Scanned copy of passport.
Documents must be submitted to the International Initiatives and Project Activities Department by January 23, 2026.
On the day of the competition, the participant must be present and ready to present himself to the jury members, explain his motivation for undergoing semester studies at the Alpine-Adriatic University in Klagenfurt (Republic of Austria). On this day, based on the speeches and presentations of the participants, the jury members will select students who will take part in semester studies at the Alpine-Adriatic University in Klagenfurt (Republic of Austria).
