Kherson State University Summarized the Results of the DigiUni Project Implementation and Planned Activities for 2026

Kherson State University held the final meeting of the Erasmus+ DigiUni project working group, “The Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative (DigiUni)”, chaired by the project coordinator, Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskiy.
“We are summarizing the results of the year and planning further steps within the Erasmus+ DigiUni project. The working group of Kherson State University gathered. We discussed the tasks related to the implementation of the dissemination work package, for which our university acts as a coordinator,” noted Oleksandr Spivakovskiy.
During the meeting, the participants heard reports from:
- Vice-Rector for International, Social and Humanitarian, Research and Education Affairs Veronika Denysenko, who spoke about preparations for announcing a tender for the procurement of equipment for the DigiCentre in the amount of EUR 76,000, which the university recently received within the framework of the project;
- Vice-Rector for Digitalisation Oleksandr Lemeshchuk, who, together with his team, is actively involved in the development of the DigiPlatform, which accumulates educational content created within the project;
- Vice-Rector for Educational, Scientific and Pedagogical Affairs Daria Malchykova, who reported on the formation of a group of academic staff to undergo training on content creation for the DigiPlatform;
- Rector’s Assistant for Internationalization, Alla Tsapiv, who presented the development of a draft International Networking Strategy, which Kherson State University is elaborating jointly with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland) and other partners within the relevant work package.
During the meeting, a university working group was established to develop a draft Sustainable Development Strategy, as the educational ecosystem should continue functioning after the completion of the project.
The Rector of KSU expressed his gratitude to all members of the DigiUni project working group at Kherson State University for their effectiveness and contribution to the implementation of this large-scale international project.
