Today, December 29, 2025, the final attestation of second-cycle (Master’s) students in the field of Preschool Education took place. During the event, students successfully defended their qualification (Master’s) theses, demonstrating a high level of academic preparation and professional competence.
The Chair of the Examination Committee was Yuliia Kotelianets, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education at Central Ukrainian State University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko. She ensured expert, objective, and friendly evaluation of the submitted research.
Liubov Petukhova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and Dean of the Faculty of Education, addressed the graduates with welcoming remarks, wishing them professional growth, inspiration, and successful application of their acquired knowledge in the practice of preschool education.
The Master’s students presented research on current issues in children’s speech development, the formation of emotional and value-based competencies, the use of local history materials in early education, and the integration of cultural competence into the educational process of preschool institutions.
The reports highlighted the effectiveness of didactic games in cognitive development, innovative methods for developing communication skills through storyboarding, and practical tools for fostering speech planning skills. Special attention was given to the applied aspect of the research — creating educational situations for children’s emotional growth and implementing modern methods in preschool educational activities.
