This stage marks the culmination of the Master’s degree program and confirms the students’ readiness for professional work. Many of the students are already employed in the field of education, which makes the results of the defense especially valuable and relevant for practical application.
The outcomes demonstrated that the Master’s students’ preparation meets the requirements of the second (Master’s) level of higher education and showed that they have acquired the necessary competencies to work in a modern educational environment.
