KSU Representatives Participated in the DigiUni Project Meeting on Communication Issues

On 26 February, an online working meeting was held with representatives of Ukrainian partner universities participating in the international Erasmus+ project DigiUni – The Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative. The meeting focused on coordinating communication activities and updating operational plans for implementing the dissemination strategy for 2026.

The meeting was organized by the project coordinator, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and the leader of the dissemination work package, Kherson State University.

Representatives of KSU involved in the implementation of Work Package 7 (WP7), for which the university serves as coordinator, joined the meeting. In particular, the meeting was attended by Alla Tsapiv, WP7 Manager and Assistant to the Rector for Internationalization; Yevheniia Revenko, Head of the International Relations Department; department staff; and Oksana Kazakova, Head of the University Press Center.

During the meeting, Alla Tsapiv, WP7 Manager and Professor at Kherson State University, presented the results achieved within the work package. Special attention was given to aligning the project’s strategic plans and key messages for 2026, with a focus on the sustainability of results, institutional transformation of universities, and strengthening digital capacity.

Olha Bohovin, representing the project coordinator from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, emphasized the importance of updating approaches to presenting DigiUni activities. In particular, the discussion highlighted the need to shift the focus toward showcasing expert teams, success stories, and feedback from direct participants. This approach aims to demonstrate the project’s real impact on its target audiences and the qualitative changes taking place in Ukraine’s higher education system.

Oksana Kazakova, a member of the dissemination working group (WP7) and Head of the Press Center at Kherson State University, presented the communication plan for Ukrainian partner universities for the period March–May 2026.

During the meeting, participants also outlined a dissemination roadmap that includes a transition to more active storytelling and the presentation of real cases demonstrating the digital capabilities of universities.

The meeting confirmed that the DigiUni project possesses a unique resource — a consolidated community of experts capable of ensuring high visibility of the project at both national and international levels.

The Erasmus+ DigiUni project aims to support higher education in Ukraine during wartime and in the post-war recovery. It is the largest project under the Erasmus+ program ever implemented in Ukraine. It brings together 21 full partner institutions and 5 associated partner institutions.

The project began on December 1, 2023, and is scheduled to last for four years. It is coordinated by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
