The week of face-to-face training from February 16 to 20 fell for the future masters at the stage of industrial practice, where the plan of the psycho-corrective program is developed, its purpose and tasks are determined, and exercises, games and techniques are selected for each class. Considering the wide geographical location of the winners (literally - on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean), the format of the trial and qualifying events was flexible and creative.

Thus, Natalya Kramar prepared and conducted a training for volunteers of the NGO "Volunteering as a resource: where am I in this process" on the basis of the NGO "Motanka-KP" (Kamyyanets-Podilskyi, volunteer center, head Tetiana Boychuk).
The next event was combined with the fulfillment of an urgent request from the military, so psycho-educational work was carried out directly in the process of fulfilling the order: in parallel with the practical activity, homework was discussed based on the results of the previous training. In particular, the individual perceptions of the participants regarding the volunteer's potential resources were analyzed and the factors that could contribute to maintaining his psychological stability and efficiency were determined.
Olena Mrichko, on the basis of the "Good Cause" association (a crisis headquarters for Ukrainians in Montenegro), prepared and held a series of consultations for citizens regarding psychological support measures provided by the institution. Materials were also prepared for group meetings of Ukrainian refugees.
The case of Yaroslava Natalenko became an example for cooperation with the purpose of practice with the company Webmerchantsinc (Atlanta, USA). The completed developments and tasks showed the importance of psychological education for the implementation of the tasks of improving the positive climate at work.
Kateryna Stelya performed practical tasks at the practice base of the KNP "Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital", from where she reported every day on methodical and practical work with the staff and visitors of the institution.
Karina Nagorna and Inna Mamontova worked directly at the Department of Psychology of Kherson State University. Thus, they managed to get acquainted with the experience and potential of the social and psychological service of the KhSU in Ivano-Frankivsk. personal meetings with professionals who work at the request of IDPs in the public organizations of the city became sketchy. Inna Mamontova also organized and conducted a master class on art therapy for resettled women in Bolekhiv, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
