Rectors of KSU and Pomeranian University in Słupsk Meet with Double Degree Program Students

At Pomeranian University in Słupsk (Poland), a meeting was held between the Rector of Kherson State University, Oleksandr Spivakovskiy, and the Rector of Zbigniew Osadowski, with KSU students studying at the university under the double degree program.
In the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, three KSU students are studying in Poland:
“Vladyslav is the son of a fallen defender of Ukraine. I expressed my gratitude for his resilience and determination to study for Ukraine’s recovery. I personally gifted him a tablet to make learning and communication more comfortable and effective.
We discussed their impressions and academic experience of studying simultaneously at two universities,” Oleksandr Spivakovskiy shared.
The double degree program is not only about new subjects or a different educational system. Above all, it is a personal transformation: expanding professional horizons, intercultural communication, and building new confidence in one’s own abilities.

“It is especially valuable to hear how young people’s worldview changes when borders become conditional, and Ukrainian education opens opportunities for integration into the educational space of EU countries.
To be close to them every day, KSU gifted the students branded hoodies. Symbolically, but importantly, no matter where our students study, they remain part of the university community,” emphasized the Rector of KSU.
