On March 5, 2026, a consultation meeting on opportunities for international activities and academic mobility was held for first-year undergraduate and master's students of the Faculty of Pedagogy. Such meetings are traditional and are conducted systematically to familiarize students with opportunities to participate in international educational programs, academic exchanges, internships, and projects, as well as with the conditions for receiving scholarship support and developing foreign language competencies.

The event was organized on the initiative of the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Liubov Petukhova, who emphasized the importance of students’ active participation in international educational programs and highlighted that such opportunities open new prospects for professional and personal development, making it crucial not to miss the chance to take advantage of them.

The meeting was moderated by Anastasiia Volianiuk, Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy for International Activities. Academic group supervisors also joined the event along with undergraduate and master’s students.

Particular interest among the participants was generated by a presentation from student Karina Tkachenko, who has repeatedly participated in academic mobility programs and international projects. She shared her personal experience, outlined the opportunities these programs provide for students, and offered practical advice on preparing for participation in international initiatives.

Starting from the second year, students have access to a wide range of opportunities to participate in academic mobility programs, international internships, educational projects, and grant initiatives. Therefore, it is important to familiarize themselves in advance with participation requirements, necessary documentation, and eligibility criteria.

During the meeting, special attention was given to improving foreign language proficiency, which is an important prerequisite for participation in international educational programs. Students learned about the key steps in preparing for academic mobility programs and the opportunities international collaboration provides for their professional and personal development.

The meeting served as a valuable informational platform for students planning to participate in international educational initiatives, expand their academic opportunities, and gain new educational and cultural experiences.
