Representative of Kherson State University joined the international event Expat Expo Basel 2026 in Switzerland.
The event brought together organizations, initiatives, and experts working in the fields of international community integration, education, and professional development. Participation in the event created opportunities to expand international contacts and establish potential cooperation.
On March 14, 2026, Anastasiia Volianiuk – a lecturer at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Assistant Dean for International Activities – attended the international event Expat Expo Basel 2026 in Basel.
Expat Expo is one of the leading platforms in Switzerland that brings together the international community and organizations providing services for foreign professionals and families who live in or plan to move to the country. The event took place at Messe & Congress Center Basel and throughout the day combined an exhibition area, company presentations, thematic seminars, and opportunities for professional networking.
Within the exhibition, organizations and companies from various sectors were represented, including relocation services, legal and financial consulting, education, employment, housing, healthcare, and other services that help international professionals integrate into Swiss society. Visitors had the opportunity to receive information from service providers, learn about educational opportunities, and establish professional contacts.
The program also included a series of expert talks and seminars dedicated to different aspects of life and professional activity within the international community. Among the topics discussed were housing for expats, financial planning, leadership development, and integration into the Swiss education system.
Participation in the event contributes to expanding the university’s international contacts, identifying potential partners for cooperation, and exploring modern practices for supporting the international community and educational initiatives. Such international events open additional opportunities for developing academic mobility, implementing joint educational projects, and strengthening the university’s international presence.
