On February 26-27, 2026, a two-day webinar "Psychological stability and well-being of the university community" was held, organized by the Centers of the BURN project with the financial support of the European Union and with the active participation of our partner Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
During the webinar, representatives of the Department of Psychology of KSU, Maria Pocheketa and Tyor Larisa, presented the experience of creating a system of psychological support for the university community in conditions of relocation. In particular, it was about the activities of the Center for Psychological Stability and Well-Being, which combines individual consultations, trainings, group meetings, and community-building activities.
Such initiatives help maintain psychological resilience, build trust and maintain a sense of community even in the difficult conditions of war and forced displacement.
Work experience shows that the psychological stability of the university is not only endurance, but primarily the connection between people, which we maintain even in the most difficult conditions.
The webinar was held as part of the Erasmus+ BURN international project ("Boosting University Psychological Resilience and Wellbeing in (Post-) War Ukrainian Nation").
