The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has completed the selection of participants in this year's research initiative "Historical Residences 2.0: The Ukrainian Factor in the History of Glorious Victories", which is implemented within the framework of the project "Orlyk Residence. Finding Ukraine in the Archives of the World". The winners included the Head of the Department of History, Archaeology and Teaching Methods Natalia Mykolaivna Kuzovova, with her research on the activities of Ukrainians in the 1920s and 1930s through the documents of Polish diplomatic missions. We sincerely congratulate Ms. Natalia on her victory and wish her success in the implementation of the project.
The project is aimed at restoring the historical truth about the role of Ukraine in key processes of European and world history, as well as at strengthening the presence of the Ukrainian narrative in the international academic discourse.
"The 2026 selection testified to the high level of submitted research, its scientific depth and relevance for the formation of the modern historical narrative of Ukraine. The Ministry provides comprehensive support to the participants of the initiative, in particular, promotes access to archives and libraries around the world, the development of professional contacts, and the implementation of research projects," - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
