Guest lecture on the HACCP system

As part of the cooperation of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business, Kherson State University and the Department of the State Production and Consumer Service of Kherson, representative Maryna Malakhova held a guest lecture with the winners of the department and the Kherson Economic and Legal College.
Within the framework of cooperation and strengthening of practical training of higher education students, a guest lecture was held, organized by the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business, Kherson State University together with Maryna Malakhova, representative of the Department of State Production and Consumer Service of Kherson. The event was held for applicants of the Kherson College of Economics and Law and was dedicated to the current topic of the introduction of the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in food industry institutions. During the lecture, the participants got acquainted with the principles of the HACCP system, its role in ensuring the safety of food products, legislative requirements and practical aspects of implementation at enterprises in the hotel and restaurant sector.
Such meetings are an important component of quality professional training of future specialists, because they allow combining theoretical knowledge with the real requirements of the modern hospitality industry. We thank all participants for their activity and fruitful cooperation!
