Participation in the International Spring School at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (UAM)

On May 4, as part of the International Spring School at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (UAM), the international interdisciplinary scientific conference "Beyond Language 2026" took place. 🌍

The event was organized in collaboration with international partners as part of a large-scale conference initiative that brings together scholars and students across various European cities.

The session was prepared by Professor Rafał Dymczyk, Professor Aleksander Mikołajczak, and Professor Konrad Dominas. It was dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of the Roman road Via Egnatia and gathered nearly 80 participants. The presentations addressed its construction, historical usage, and preservation as a vital cultural heritage connecting the territories of modern-day Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Greece.

Research was presented by students from UAM interdisciplinary programs, Liberal Arts and Sciences, as well as participants from Ukraine representing 12 universities.

We are especially proud to highlight the participation of Polina Yashna, a student from Kherson State University and Head of the Student Council of the Faculty of Medicine. She presented her research titled "The Impact of AI on Modern Education Systems," which analyzed the influence of artificial intelligence tools on contemporary education, their benefits, risks, and the prospects of their integration into the learning process.

The event also featured the official opening of the "Heraclea Sintica" exhibition, attended by members of the academic community and international partners.

"Beyond Language 2026" once again emphasizes the importance of international cooperation, an interdisciplinary approach, and the active involvement of students in the advancement of modern science.
