The vyshyvanka is our genetic code, our strength, and our identity!
Today, on May 21, as part of the International Educational and Artistic Forum “Vyshyvanka: Education, Art, Traditions, Identity,” we celebrated the rich cultural heritage embodied in the Ukrainian embroidered shirt.
A heartfelt and inspiring welcoming speech was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Liubov Petukhova, who emphasized the importance of preserving our traditions and educating future generations in the spirit of patriotism and respect for their native culture.
The conference brought together like-minded individuals, scholars, and practitioners around a common goal — to study, preserve, and promote the rich heritage of the Ukrainian vyshyvanka.
We would like to express our warmest and deepest gratitude, on behalf of the entire Faculty of Pedagogy, to Inna Chervinska, Professor of the Department of Primary Education and Educational Innovations, and to Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
You have become much more than partners or colleagues to us — you have become a true source of support, a second home, and a strong pillar during some of the most challenging times we have faced.
Thank you for your kindness, solidarity, and unwavering support.
