The textbook describes the history of Crimea from ancient times to the present. In chronological order, the key historical events that determined the nature of socio-political, socio-cultural and economic changes in the life of the population of the peninsula are highlighted. The material is built on the traditional system of periodization. It allows through the prism of the history of Crimea to better understand the history of Ukraine and some aspects of the general history of mankind.
