Introductory meeting of the 1st year and new settlers in the dormitories of SM KSU

On September 3, 6 and 7, 2021, meetings were held in the dormitory №3, №4 and №2, respectively.

From the received information it is possible to sum up certain results:
1. Maksym VINNYK, Vice-Rector for Financial, Economic and Scientific and Pedagogical Work of KSU, was invited to the event. Maksym Oleksandrovych noted that student opinion, own vision of the future of dormitories, exchange of ideas and understanding of the importance of respectful attitude to one's place of residence are important for the team.
2. The director of the campus Daria MALYSHEVA drew the attention of new residents to compliance with financial obligations in accordance with the terms of the accommodation agreement, the possibility of registration of preferential payment, and wished students to feel the full atmosphere of life in the dormitory and not forget about the right be heard by management.
3. Heads of dormitories Inesa SHAIPOVA, Tetyana KRAVCHENKO and Valentyna SHATKOVSKA acquainted the present students with the details of the "Rules of Procedure", rules of fire safety and safety of life, safe operation of the elevator.
4. Student councils of dormitories acquainted the newly settled residents with the traditions that have developed in the dormitories and stressed that they want to see active participation in all activities that will take place in the dormitory, enterprising youth and support them in all endeavors.
So when the path is chosen, the nuances are analyzed and the vector of movement is determined, we can wish our new stars easy living, pleasant impressions and active activity !!!

З отриманої інформації можна підбити певні підсумки:
1. На захід був запрошений проректор з фінансово-господарської та науково-педагогічної роботи ХДУ Максим ВІННИК, який акцентував увагу мешканців на модель функціонування взаємодії керівництва університету, дирекції студентського містечка, адміністрації гуртожитку та органів студентського самоврядування. Максим Олександрович зауважив, що для команди важлива студентська думка, власне бачення майбутнього гуртожитків, обмін ідеями та розуміння важливості шанобливого відношення до місця свого проживання.
2. Директорка студмістечка Дар'я МАЛИШЕВА звернула увагу нових мешканців на дотримання фінансових зобов'язань відповідно до умов договору про проживання, можливості оформлення пільгової оплати, а також побажала студентам протягом усього періоду проживання відчути на повну атмосферу життя у гуртожитку і не забувати про право бути почутими керівництвом.
3. Завідувачки гуртожитків Інеса ШАІПОВА, Тетяна КРАВЧЕНКО та Валентина ШАТКОВСЬКА ознайомили присутніх студентів з деталями "Правил внутрішнього розпорядку", правил пожежної безпеки та безпеки життєдіяльності, безпечної експлуатації ліфту.
4. Студентські ради гуртожитків ознайомили новопоселених мешканців з традиціями, що склалися у гуртожитках та наголосили, що хочуть бачити активну участь в усіх заходах, які будуть проходити у гуртожитку, ініціативної молоді та підтримають їх в усіх починаннях.
Тож коли обраний шлях, розібрано нюанси та визначено вектор руху можемо побажати легкого проживання, приємних вражень і активної діяльності нашим новим зірочкам!!!
