In modern conditions of economic development, rapid changes in consumer preferences and increasing rates of technological change, the implementation of innovative activities by enterprises and ensuring the effectiveness of commercialization of innovative products is of particular importance. Without an effective management system, the commercialization of innovations can be unpredictable. That is why significant attention should be paid to the issue of conducting innovative activities and forming a management system for commercialization processes.
