Kateryna Kostrikova, a teacher of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, actively joined the HEAL project in Barcelona!
For two days, Kateryna Kostrikova took an active part in the training for ambassadors within the HEAL (Erasmus+) project, aimed at developing resilience, promoting healthy habits and addressing current social challenges.
Main activities of the training:
- Discussion of project goals and ambassadors' tasks.
- Work on creating an Expectations Map and presentation of thematic developments.
- Analyzing barriers and finding effective solutions to overcome them.
- Participation in the development of action plans that included specific tasks, resources and deadlines.
- Evaluating the feasibility of action plans according to SMART criteria and making necessary adjustments.
- Presenting innovative ideas and participating in a feedback session to improve the HEAL platform.
Kateryna Kostrikova was highly active in discussions, strategy development, and the transformation of ideas into practical solutions aimed at effective changes in the education and sports sectors.
The results of the training and the strategies created will be presented on the HEAL platform for widespread implementation.
