Experimental biology for students of ZSSO.

 At our faculty in 2021/2022 academic year. Within the laboratory of active forms of teaching biology and ecology, a long-term career guidance event "Experimental Biology" for students began to function. Its purpose is to involve them in the preservation of the environment, to learn more about their body through direct research activities with living systems.

 Despite the current objective difficulties of holding such an event, students have already been able to do it themselves:

• assess the safety of bottled water brand "Morshinskaya" by means of a floating model of monocotyledons;

• conduct a full-fledged experimental search and determine the quality of tap water KSU using phytotest "duckweed culture";

• make temporary preparations of the oral mucosa and assess its "health".

The obligatory component of the event is to take into account the interests of its participants. Therefore, each lesson ends with a survey of students about its content to determine their motivational level and range of interests. The results of the survey are used for further work planning.

Active participation in the career guidance event together with its head prof. Sidorovich MM accepted by members of the student group STEM-education "Cytoecologist". For the latter, such communication is also a platform for testing their own results of research and scientific and methodological work.

We hope that the initiated event will be viable.
