Kherson State University

Higher education is a component of the education system of Ukraine, which is governed by the Laws of Ukraine "On Education" and "On Higher Education". It provides the fundamental professional and practical training of students and is an important link in the state.

Universities and higher education in general - is the foundation for all-round development of the state and society. The recent events in Ukraine witnessed the need for reform. In this regard, a new law "On Higher Education", which establishes the legal, organizational, financial foundations of the system of higher education, creating conditions for strengthening cooperation between government agencies and businesses with higher education institutions on the principles of autonomy of higher education institutions, with a combination of education science and industry to prepare a competitive human capital for high-tech and innovative development, personal fulfillment, meeting the needs of society, and the state of the labor market for qualified specialists.

We bring you the virtual exhibition: "Higher Education in Ukraine: state, problems and prospects".
