The main objective of - completing the Library literature that provides the educational process and research universities:
-
the implementation of library acquisition fund in accordance with the needs and profile of the university departments, including subscription periodicals;
-
accounting literature (total and individual);
-
exclusion of records seized publications;
-
providing analytical and synthetic processing of documents;
-
organization, content and editing basic directories on the library;
-
the creation of bibliographic records for electronic catalogs retrospective of the Library;
-
providing advice on creating bibliographic descriptions of different types of documents, under the applicable standards.
The department is the general catalog, reflecting all the library.
