The main tasks of the department

The main task of the department is economic planning at the university, identification and use of reserves in order to achieve maximum economic efficiency.

1. Participation in the development of proposals for improving the staffing of scientific and pedagogical, administrative, teaching and support staff.

2. Organization and enforcement of legislative acts and other normative documents.

Functions of the department

• development of the university staff list;

• development of an estimate and plan for the use of the university and individual departments;

• preparation and submission of reports to government agencies;

• control over the correctness of the preparation, execution and approval of estimates and financial calculations of costs: the fund for the development of the enterprise, the fund of material incentives, special-purpose funds;

• making changes to the budget and plan for the use of the university and individual departments;

• control over the use of utilities;

• control over the use of funds for the remuneration of funds;

• control of the financial activity of separate divisions of the university;

• control of record-keeping by university departments;

• preparation of calculations of work of separate divisions, kinds of activity, works, services;

• calculations of the cost of training;

• work to improve the organization of labour and the introduction of progressive forms and methods of accounting;

• participation in drawing up work plans of the university;

• other issues related to the economic development of the university.
