In the second half of 2019, the teachers of the Ukrainian Language Department held a series of career guidance events aimed at shaping the future contingent.
In the fall of 2019, the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Journalism was visited by high school students from the Mishukov Academic Lyceum and the Kherson Regional Council Lyceum. Associate professors I. Haidaienko, A. Demchenko, S. Klymovych, V. Melkonyan, senior lecturer T. Tsepkalo and assistant T. Mandych talked to the guests and potential students.
October 16 was rich in communication. T. Mandych, who is responsible for career guidance, visited school No. 50, and in the afternoon joined a scoping meeting with students of the Sirohozka school.
A week later, an offsite career guidance talk was held with schoolchildren in Hola Prystan. And on November 14, as part of the university-wide open days, a career guidance conversation was held with representatives of Skadovsk.
On November 20, assistant T. Mandych and the staff of Kherson State University visited the city of Beryslav, where the meeting was attended by high school students from two schools. Kherson students were not ignored either, because the next day associate professors A. Demchenko, V. Zahorodniuk, senior lecturer T. Tsepkalo and assistant T. Mandych held an interactive event for students of the School of Humanitarian Work.
And the semester ended with a conversation between the Head of the Ukrainian Language Department S. Klymovych and the participants of the third stage of the XX Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition.
