Today, June 23, Kherson State University held rector elections.The teachers of the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Mathematical Analysis of the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Physics and Mathematics joined this important event for the entire university family.

On May 12, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Mathematical Analysis Oleksandr Grigoryovych Savchenko held an open lecture on the topic "Non-elementary problems of elementary mathematics" for future applicants of the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Physics and Mathematics and everyone else.

On May 6, Associate Professor, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Mathematical Analysis Valery Ivanovich Kuzmych held an open lecture on the topic "Strange" properties of distance" for future applicants of the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Physics and Mathematics and everyone else.
