Workshop №1 “Problems of balance between fundamental and applied aspects of IT specialists training”:

  •       Content of professional IT specialists training; core requirements; correlation of fundamental and applied disciplines, of practical and theoretical parts;  
  •       Participation of professional companies in the process of  specialists training at universities;  
  •       Methodology of training of qualified IT specialists in different specializations (Computer Science, Software engineering, Information systems, etc.)  
  •       Knowledge transfer in IT sphere;  
  •       Organization of practical training for IT specialists.

  •       Professional competences evaluation – “knowledge or skill”; criteria of training quality; 
  •       Rating of the Universities training IT specialists.  

 

Workshop №3 “Problems of continuous update of professional competences”:

Akimenko Vitaliy - professor of the Chari of the System Analyses and Decision Making, T.G. Shevchenko Kiev National University, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, professor. 

Nataliya Morze – Vice-Rector on Educational and Scientific Affairs of Informatization and Telecommunication Systems in Agriculture Industrial Complex, National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor.

  •       Satisfaction of labour-market requirements in the context of fast changing  requirements to competences of IT specialists; 
  •       Participation of universities in the retraining programs ordered by labour-market; 
  •       Level of the university faculty practical knowledge and skills; contribution of IT companies to the constant faculty professional development.
