During the live broadcast, representatives of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment disclosed details of the testing and emphasized its importance for the fair selection of candidates for higher education institutions. The National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) is an integral component of the 2024 admission campaign.

Prospective students applying for bachelor's programs at higher education institutions will take this test. It's important to note that the NMT serves as the primary document determining admission procedures and reflects all stages of the admission campaign.

The latest version of the Admission Procedure for Higher Education in 2024, currently undergoing approval, contains all necessary information regarding admission.

All applicants will be tested in Ukrainian language, mathematics, and Ukrainian history. Additionally, they may choose one of the following subjects: Ukrainian literature, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, English, German, French, or Spanish.

Students in their final year of secondary education (11th graders) do not take the External Independent Testing (EIT), as mentioned by Tetiana Vakulenko.

If you do not plan to apply to higher education institutions, you may opt out of taking the NMT.

Important Information about NMT-2024:

➡️ There will be no open-ended questions. ➡️ To pass the NMT, a participant must score at least 15% of the total points.

Regarding the NMT administration procedure:

✅ The allotted time for the test will not be extended if a participant needs to use the restroom or get water. It is recommended to leave water with personal belongings away from the computer.

✅ If a participant arrives late for the test, they will be denied entry. However, if the lateness is due to a valid reason, the participant must submit a written request, and they will be included in an additional NMT session.

✅ If a computer freezes or technical issues arise during the test, the participant should contact the responsible person in the room. The time spent resolving the issue will be added back to the participant's test time.

Regarding the break during the NMT:

✅ If a participant finishes the first block of testing early, they can either remain in the testing room until the break is announced or proceed to the designated break area.

☝️ Participants cannot start the second block before the predetermined time. The time saved during the first block cannot be added to the second block.

✅ If a participant leaves the testing location during the break (e.g., to smoke or get fresh air outside), they will not be allowed back in, and their test results will be invalidated.

Will previous years' tests be included in the NMT?

✅ Partially, tests from previous years will be used.

✅ The difficulty level of the 2024 tests will not differ from those of 2023.

✅ A unique set of test tasks for the NMT will be developed daily.

Центри НМТ будуть в Україні та за кордоном.

➡️ Кількість центрів у Польщі та Німеччині – дасть змогу всім охочим пройти там оцінювання.
➡️ У деяких країнах буде дуже мало місць для проходження НМТ. Тому реєструйтесь у перші дні.

Допуск до центру тестування – відбуватиметься за документом, що посвідчує особу.  На НМТ-2024 планується використання металошукачів.

Під час повітряної тривоги роботу над тестом буде призупинено. Всі учасники проходять в укриття до завершення повітряної тривоги.

❗️Якщо тривога не довготривала, то всі учасники повертаються до тестування з тієї ж хвилини, на якій завершили.
❗️ Якщо тривога занадто довга, то вступник братиме участь в додатковій сесії.

 Про тривогу

✅ Якщо під час тестування учасник склав 2 предмети першого блоку, а в перерві почалась довготривала тривога, то в додаткову сесію учасник заново складає всі 4 предмети.

❗️ Ті два предмети, які було складено раніше анулюються.

Довідкові матеріали будуть в електронному вигляді – із математики, фізики та хімії. УЦОЯО рекомендує взяти з собою ручку, пляшку води без етикетки та перекус. 

Про завдання

✅ Завдання, які потребуватимуть розв’язання будуть. Але відповідь буде короткою. Класичного завдання з розгорнутою відповіддю не буде.

✅ Стереометрія як і планіметрія входять до програми ЗНО, тому завдання з цих тем будуть в тестуванні НМТ.

Додаткова сесія лише для тих, хто з поважних причин не взяв участь в основній сесії:

➡️ Технічні причини
➡️ За станом здоровʼя
➡️ Довга повітряна тривога

 Під час проходження тестування потрібно буде обов’язково натиснути кнопку «Зберегти відповідь».

Без цього – відповідь НЕ буде зараховано, відповідно, отримаєте за завдання 0.

Про результати НМТ

✅ Можуть бути поодинокі випадки, коли в підсумку результат в особистому кабінеті не співпадатиме з результатом, який вступник побачив на моніторі, після завершення тестування.

Подібні випадки трапляються через технічні причини роботи інтеренту/комп’ютера, апеляції учасників або перегляд завдань фахівцями, що в підсумку визначили інший варіант відповіді правильним.

Про апеляцію

✅ Апеляцію учасників НМТ про зміст тестових завдань не передбачено

✅ Але учасник може писати звернення, де він вважає, що відповідь не правильна/некоректна. Але розраховувати на зміну підсумкового тестового балу не варто.

✅ Якщо ж буде виявлено технічну помилку (наприклад неправильний ключ питання), то усі учасники цього дня тестування отримають зімну балу в себе в кабінеті.

Чи буде пробне НМТ цього року?

✅ Пробного НМТ-2024 не буде - УЦОЯО.

Але є демонстраційні тестувальники.

Демонстраційні варіанти тестів є ідентичними з офіційними як за структурою, так і за складністю!
