Associate Professor Kateryna Melnykova from the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship has successfully passed selection and gained a unique opportunity to learn from leading IT experts in the fields of educational services, team management, marketing, digitalization, and international cooperation.
Over the next 10 weeks, Kateryna Melnykova, an associate professor at the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship of Kherson State University, will join participants in the second season of the educational project "IT for Uni: Bootcamp". This project, initiated by the IT Ukraine Association, is designed for university leaders and managers.
Participants in the program will have the opportunity to enhance their skills in areas such as educational services management, team skills, marketing, digitalization, and international cooperation. The program comprises 10 modules, 20 lectures, and 10 workshops on relevant topics, including modern tools for educational program development, effective leadership, and project management.
A total of 231 applications were received from 40 cities across Ukraine, from which 160 participants from 93 higher education institutions were selected for the project. The official opening of the course took place on April 11, 2024, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Education and Science, companies, and partners: Softserve, Payoneer, Sigma Software, Globallogic, Lionwood.Software, GoIT, N-iX, Luxoft, EPAM Ukraine, DAN IT, Mate academy, Weblium, Miratech, ITVDN, Eleks, Bandera agency, IT STEP University, Ukrainian Startup Fund, PMI Ukraine Chapterand the general partner - the bank - UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. .
This initiative course is implemented by the IT Ukraine Association with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as the general partner - UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
