For education seekers of Kharkiv State University, partners cover expenses for visa processing, transportation (bus/train + plane), transfer, and accommodation on the university campus.

Requirements for candidates:

1. English language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
2. Possession of a valid international passport.

Required documents:

4. Motivational letter in English.
5. Recommendation from the dean of the faculty, specifying the average grade point average.

AMENDMENT, introducing changes to the Rules of crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine Add to the Rules paragraph 219 as follows: “219.

In case of introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, passage through the state border by male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 22 years, who, according to the daily form of education, are pursuing a bachelor's degree (master's degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary direction) in institutions of higher education of Ukraine of state or communal ownership and who, in accordance with the Procedure for the implementation of the right to academic mobility, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 12, 2015, No. 579 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 66, Article 2183; 2022, No. 42, Article 2290), are participants in educational academic mobility programs and are heading for study in foreign educational institutions, shall be carried out by authorized border guards of the State Border Guard Service provided that the rules of crossing the state border of Ukraine are observed and the relevant documents are available.

The confirming documents for education seekers of institutions of higher education of Ukraine of state or communal ownership who are participants in educational academic mobility programs are:

• a certificate from the institution of higher education of Ukraine regarding the direction of the participant of the educational academic mobility program for study in a foreign educational institution with an indication of the basis of cooperation, the term of the academic semester abroad, the absence of negative grades and retakes in the results of the last two semesters (half-year), and 
• confirmation of the level of proficiency in the language of instruction by the education seeker in a foreign educational institution; a copy of the academic mobility agreement, certified by the institution of education of Ukraine in the established manner; student's (pupil's) 
• e-ticket, verified by the resources of the Diya Portal by means of electronic devices by reading or entering a unique electronic identifier; military registration documents with relevant marks of the district (united district), city (district in cities, united city) territorial recruitment and social support center. 

Education seekers of institutions of higher education of Ukraine of state or communal ownership who are participants in educational academic mobility programs may stay abroad continuously for no more than the term of the academic semester.
