Kherson State University

On the 15 of December,2012 inthe lobby of the main building of The KSU  "Open Day" was celebrated. Future applicants, their parents and teachers were invited there to become familiar with the terms of the enter and benefits of studying atKhersonStateUniversity. Representatives of all faculties and departments of the university answered questions and talked about the achievements of our students and staff to provide detailed information to future applicants. The students also took an active part in the event - music, performed by students of the Faculty of Culture and the Arts, has made an incredible impression on the guests of the University.

International Relations Office also provided to prospective applicants interesting and useful information about studying and training abroad, participation in international conferences, seminars, training courses and student festivals, many students are interested in the above mentioned proposals. Students asked a lot of questions, such as: what are the conditions and the cost of studying abroad, what kind of education they can get in a foreign university, and others.

IRO employees invited prospective students to fill in a questionnaire on the international activities of The KSU for better understanding their needs (in school and leisure). A large number of students were interested in the information provided by employees of the department, and 27 of them have expressed a desire to fill out the questionnaire.

Open day was held at a high level and quality. Representatives of faculties, staff and students, have shown professionalism and creativity in preparing for the event. We are looking forward to work with prospective students who have expressed an interest in studying in our university.
